What happens when nobody can find your shop?

You make something lovely. You photograph it properly, you write the listing, you get the tags right, and then you sit and wait for a marketplace to hand you a customer.

Some weeks it does. Most weeks it does not, and there is nothing you can do about it from inside the shop, because the shop was never the problem.

So the work is getting seen somewhere you own the relationship, and then having somewhere to put the people who like what you make. That is what the List is for. Traffic first, then a list, and only then a launch.

I have run handmade businesses myself, quilts and hairbows and feathers and a great deal of Swarovski, and I sold on Etsy for years. I am not teaching you this from the outside.
